Pool Time!

For Raileigh's 8 month birthday, she got a baby pool. For those of you who don't know, we celebrate Raileigh's birthday every month, complete with a cake and a present. Anyhow, since she got the pool, we've enjoyed filling it up and sitting outside enjoying the weather.

This evening, while Darren finished mowing all of the ton of grass that we have, Raileigh and I hung out at her baby pool. She's funny. She likes to sit in it and play with one toy. The past few times it's been this plastic book. Every once in a while, she'll reach out her hand and splash, then back to whatever the chosen toy of the day is.

After a while, she'll start trying to stand up and climb out and play with all the little things on the ground around the pool. That means it's about time to get out.
